    Employment Legal Panel Discussion

As a chapter, we will meet at our normal location at our normal time and have an employment legal panel. We will have a few great employment law experts on site to discuss different aspects of employment law. The panel will consist of:

Eric Olmstead – Barney Mckenna & Olmstead
    Ethan Thomas – Littler Mendelson
    Thad Seegmiller – Jones Waldo
Ryan Nelson – Employers Council (Tentative)

This is our opportunity to have some great discussion on some of the laws and changes to the HR community that may impact your organization. Some of the topics we are bringing to the table include:

    Me Too and HR
    Sexual Harassment
    Ban the Box
    Time Card Accountability
    Violence in the workplace
    Generational Changes

Please, come one and come all. If you have a question that is not covered under what we have considered, please bring it. You can also submit specific questions here (anonymously if you wish). This is your opportunity to get some great insight and hold some quality discussion with the HR group as a whole. We hope this panel discussion will drive a dynamic conversation with HR and legal experts on some of the tough subjects we may face within the workplace.

We hope to see ya there.
